By placing an order on ZartCurve, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information provided during checkout. However, as we do not operate a user center, no account registration is required to make a purchase. All communications regarding your order will be sent to the email address you provide.

2. Limitation of Liability

ZartCurve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms of Service or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product in question.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by applicable law.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the ZartCurve website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of ZartCurve or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.

The ZartCurve name, logo, and all related product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ZartCurve. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of our intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your T-Shirts & Tops, Pants & Trousers, or Skirts, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
• Non-returnable items: Final sale items, intimate apparel, and accessories are not eligible for refund unless defective.
• Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
• Refund amount: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds exclude original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error. For defective or incorrect items, we will also refund the return shipping cost upon verification.
• Exchanges: Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
